Project Overview
General Electric’s Support Central is a productivity software suite aimed at aiding internal GE employees (users) to create forms, workflows and charts among other things for business process optimization and work automation.
My Contributions
As a UX visual designer responsible for 3 of those apps - Forms, Workflows and Optimizer, I worked alongside a full-time product team in an Agile methodology modernizing the legacy apps, building new features and enhancements. migrating design files from Sketch to Figma and contributing to its proprietary design systems.

Forms & Workflows Case Study

Support Central is one of the great platforms inside of GE leveraged for a number of activities including document creation, storage, workflows, short links and other business automated activities. For those not familiar it is like Sharepoint on steroids with additional functionality not found in any other product. It is so integral to many of the daily business workflows that all recent attempts to eliminate it inside GE have failed and the team needed to start the process of a significant new release modernizing it from top to bottom while leveraging its brand new design systems.
